Did not realize that my soon to arrive Spartan will only come with one mag.

Anyone out there with one of these?

if so, are you willing to share your recommendations for an aftermarket magazine?

I contacted STI, and they use metalform in house as well. Metalform it is!

Metalform makes inexpensive 9mm magazines as well as the ones with the built in feed ramp and front crease. You want the latter and not the former.

The Metalform included with mine and the checkmate I bought both have worked great. The Mec Gar I bought is junk, and I use it to practice clearing malfunctions at the range.

I hear great things about Wilson's, but I've yet to try one in my Spartan. Been meaning to, but the ~$45 price tag (plus shipping- can't find any locally) makes me cringe.
