Good on Midway USA customer service

I bought an item from Midway and found it had an issue, as happens once in a while in mass produced items. I returned the item Monday by UPS for replacement. Midway received it Wednesday, and today (Friday of the same week) UPS left me the new one on our porch. Midway will be crediting our credit card with the cost of my return shipping. WOW.

I felt the need to tell others of the wonderful service Midway USA gave me.

I had the same fine experience years ago with a defective scope, so it been standard for Midway for a long time.

You might find cheaper, but you won't find better service.
 
I wrote Porterfield a letter last week thanking him for his excellent service and commitment to the gun business.
 
Another happy Midway customer, here. :D
Also as someone already has noted, this industry has good companies overall, for the most part.

I ordered a few items, a GTUL kit & a 4oz CLP bottle of FrogLube last Sun am. I got my MidwayUSA package in my USPS mailbox Thu afternoon. Total S/H: $3.99 USD. :D

I can say the same. I recently ordered parts from them under the new Midway shipping policy. They were predicted to take a full week to be delivered, they arrived in four days. I thought it was pretty good for a UPS to USPS delivery. The price was also $3.99 for shipping and handling. Much better than the past.
