Long story short I just got my Lee 50th anniversary breech lock loading kit. During setup I noticed I didn't have the small self tapping screw that secured the spent primer catch plate. Not sure if I lost it or it just wasn't included. Was gonna look for one at some hardware stores here but decided to call Lee. Phone call took about 4 mins absolutely no hassle and I now have the part on the way. Great first experience with customer service from Lee Precision.

My experience with the people at Lee has always been great. Good company to deal with, they stand behind their products.

They sent me a new decap pins after I mangled some even though I told them it was my fault because the flash holes in the brass (GFI) were way off center. (actually mangled 2 :banghead: ) They sent me a new cover for my hand primer when a tab on it broke even though it was out of warranty. They did require a pictures but that no big deal IMO.

No complaints from me about Lee service or my Lee equipment.

I broke a press of there's once, reread that, I broke the press, my fault, no ones eles's.

I told them exactly what happened and they supplied the new press, no charge, sent them a check, check was returned in the mail.

YUP! Great Company!
