Lee replaced a couple decap pins for me even after I told them it was my fault they got mangled.

As a side note Squirrel Daddy makes some great decap pins for Lee dies.

I have had nothing but stellar service from Lee for 30+ years, I did admit breaking a few things being ham fisted back in the day and they replaced them no questions asked. I broke a part on a bullet mold on the third use and they replaced it no problem. The few times I have called they were polite, responsive, and took care of whatever I needed. Same with RCBS when I killed a bullet puller hammer thingy.

Same with me, the reason I noted we have some of the best, Lee for me just lately, I didn't expect them to warranty a 10 plus year old die, but just 2 months ago RCBS stepped up for their decapping die. I was processing about 2000 223/556 brass and had issues, the RCBS decapping pin bent and they took care of it, but while I was waiting on their new decapping pin I got a Lee and was happier with that one so didn't have to wait on RCBS, waiting has been very long lately as we all know.

But I just wanted to mention most of our manufacturers and suppliers are tops, Lee and RCBS, are two near the top for me, others will undoubtedly have others or different experiences and that's just the way it is. Appreciate everyones comments, I think this forum is the best, we have the best of the best here and it's appreciated.

Mark, might have been, I really just sent them a picture of the inside of the carbide die and asked if they could tell me what caused the cracks, did I do it by not following proper setup or something. I really had thought I caused it by having the die too tight to the shell holder or something. And they just said it shouldn't have done that and sent a replacement.

I switch back and forth from a Lee Classic Cast and a Forster Co-Ax, and I had a issue with the shell holder on the Co-Ax that I thought I could have caused by not following directions and just setting up like I have done for 30 years. The Co-Ax shell holder system was messing with me so I swapped over. Then I noticed the die.
