Howdy! In May, my wife and I are going to visit her family in Connecticut. Her 18 year old brother belongs to some kind of Rifle Team, where they use .22 target rifles. When he came out here last summer, I introduced him to the world of pistols. He loved it...much more exciting than the rifles he is used to using.
He is graduating from his Voc Tec High School this summer, and since he just took 1st place in a State wide electrical competition(which includes full tuition to any state school) my wife and I asked him what he wants for a Graduation Gift, and he asked me to take him shooting when I come to Connecticut.
So, what I am looking for is a decent gun range(preferably in the Eastern half of the state) that rents some guns. I'm not even going to try to bring my guns out from Washington on the plane...easier to spend the cash and rent them and buy range ammo.
Not sure how many ranges there are in Connecticut...if I need to I will make the 3 hour run north to Vermont.
