Rather than spend $$ to get into a local gun show this past weekend and then probably spending more $$ than I should... I met with a local shooter at my gun club that is getting out of the reloading aspect and picked up the below for $120

• NIB RCBS Auto Primer
• 2 unopened boxes of Hornady HP/XTPs
• 1 complete box of Berry's 155 grn .40 caliber
• Bag of 65 Norma .357 JSP 125gr boolits

Heck of a lot better deal than if I had gone to the gun show!

a SACM 1935a pistol, with 4 boxes of 7.65 French Longue ammo. The ancestor of the Sig P210. I've always been intrigued by them, but have passed over the years due to the ammo situation. But I happened to buy 9mm Largo from Steinel, and when I saw they made a run of the rare/nonexistent French stuff, I decided I would go ahead and get one. They're neat designs, and it's also rare to find much of anything French on the market.

The world is so unpredictable these days, in New ways which we can not anticipate. Never postpone buying anything if you have the cash/budget (even if Married...)---Especially ammo or a gun.

Far too many Types of events can affect a niche in a market, or even the most common ammo chamberings--very suddenly.

Some of you might not know that the Serbian President says he will ban commercial gun and ammo (PPU etc) exports for 30 days. Just a tiny example of what my vague previous comment was about.

That saltech stuff shot stupid tight groups for basic ball ammo out of my 308 AR... Idk if you follow the What Have You Done In The Reloading Room Today thread but my debacle with 308 reloading has been a living nightmare... So I'm probably going to give up on it...

I saw the thread on low .22 prices and just couldn't stand it. I ordered 500 rounds of CCI SV and 500 rounds of Aguila SV. If I'm really going to try target shooting, I need to try better ammo than what I usually shoot.
