Help me conceal my carry weapon

I often carry in a shoulder holster undearneath a button down shirt as you describe. I use a Galco Miami Classic II, which is surprising comfortable, and I also ordered a shoulder rig from Survival Sheath Systems, there design seems to be great.

.

Original poster - I am your same weight, but even taller. Here is my
approach. Rather than monkey about with IWB/Ankle/small of back
gadgets, I went with strong side high rise pancake. If I am wearing
a tucked shirt, I'll just jip on a lightweight vest to conceal it. It works
pretty well if you are using the right gun (G26/.38 snub)... and you don't
overheat.

is it all that important that your arent "made"?
i carry in a "concealed" spot, not "invisible". I dont care who makes me as long as the access to my weapon isnt readily available to anybody but me.

I agree with earlier posters concerning dress. If you decide to carry, what you wear is the least of your worries... To carry is a huge responsibility that could change your life in many ways.

Good luck!

ok

I'd rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6-

Remember when you post stuff like this, any thinking police officer or prosecutor can do computer searches and find it in the future - and it may pose problems.

Why do you have to carry on your person? If you can carry a flight bag, dedicate a side pocket. If you have to have it on your person, then consider what is called "Mexican carry".

We don't know your life style. Do you walk into government buildings and submit to searches? Do you want to wear your rig into a bar? Do you wear it at work?

If you buy something other than a clip on, you have to half undress getting your rig on and off.:uhoh:

I am a holder of the Florida Non-Resident CCW permit. Thats why I am interested.
Don't understand that (unless you travel and want to carry in state that recognizes fla.). You still can't carry in joisey because they don't recognize the fla permit. And that just makes so much sense. you are ok as long as you are not in your home state, where you should feel the safest.:banghead:

I was born in north jersey(no sympathy please:D ) and every time i buy a gun the process is delayed(generally close to instant here)because of where i was born.
