Concealed Carry Pictures (please)

I only started carrying a year ago. Live in FL and spend most of the time in the SE, hence pocket carry makes the most sense most of the time.
With the "tropical" hang out shirts it certainly wouldn't pose much problem carrying IWB or OWB. I just prefer pocket.

The handguns I have purchased were selected on that basis. No, no KelTecs yet.

One thing I finally found that I have been seeking are the perfect shorts and slacks for PC. Finally found them. Columbia Lander trouser. Modified cargo w/o the excessive pockets. The carry pocket is zippered and is behind the "normal" pocket hence it provides room for the normal "stuff" plus provides additional cloaking. The hg is in a dedicated pocket in a pocket holster, Mika or DeSantis.
Columbia makes shorts in the same style. I have loaded up, both pants and shorts. Gander Mountain carries them, I am sure any store carrying Columbia will have them.

I am 5 10 and 185lbs. If I showed you pics you would never know I was carrying, and draw is fast. Nice to have a zipper on the pocket just in case, but usually you don't need to keep it zipped and it looks like another slash pocket. These things a great for person who likes to PC.

I think Grandma Gert at Columbia must carry.

Carry pieces are J frames or PM 9.

The important thing to remember is that a concealed carry gun is supposed to be comforting but not necessarily comfortable. Anything new feels strange at first. If you have a new holster or have moved it to a new position, wear it around your house for a few nights when you get home from work.

Some holsters take time to break in. the CompTAC CTACs like I use have leather struts that are quite stiff when new that loosen up after a while. They also have lots of ride hight/cant possibilities. I've had my 1911 since January and just a couple weeks ago I found the most comfortable setting on my CTAC for it.

So give it some time, try some unusual things, and good luck!

As for me, I'm 5'10" 250 lbs. My Glock 17 @ 4:30 disappears standing up and is comfortable enough to sleep on. Posture is important and printing is likely if bending over.

More of the time I carry a Glock 26 at 4:00 but lately I've also experimented with my G17 and 1911 @ 3:30 with great results!

All I have to do is throw on a full length duster and I'm good to go.
Get's a little hot in the summertime, but hey, better to be safe than cool.

By golly, that's preparedness! Oh, and you forgot the .50 BMGs!

Here's how I carry - Makarov, IWB using a Don Hume H715 SOOT. Only problem I have is that it isn't canted. 5'11" and 210lbs - button-down shirts usually do the job for concealment. Also, I would love to see how anyone who has the Kel-Tec PF9 conceals it. Went to the store today to take a look at the one they had last night, but it was gone when I got there :banghead:
