Typically, when I'm out and about, I don't carry much. Very much a minimalist. The carry rig is a Galco concealable belt holster with a P2000SK. As you can see, I just wear a simple web belt...they're cheap. Although, I am on the hunt for a good leather belt.
I try to keep it directly off my hip/thigh bone, either favoring the front or the rear. An oxford type shirt is definately easy to work with if you're not going to tuck. In the event I'm going out with the misses, I do tuck, but I wear a sportcoat/blazer. The secret with that is to just have enough to wear in a variety of situations -- I have very light blazers which are good for the summer, heavier ones for colder temps, blazers that I wear with jeans, blazers that I wear with slacks, and full suits. Hopefully you'll also be able to see that it all works equally well with polo type shirts. Rugby type shirts are also workable -- I have a pic but need to redact some things.
The only time I run into situations is when wearing sweatshirts, of all things. I say this because I purposely buy my sweatshirts larger than I need. But yet and still, if I raise my arms, I'm exposed. In one or two sweatshirts, even if I lift my arms to 90 degrees, I'm exposed. Weird. Don't have those problems with oxfords, polos, or rugbys.
I ran out of attachment room, but another method is the 'fifth' pocket in Jeans. Tommy Hilfger Carpenter and Polo Brixton jeans seem to have a large fifth pocket. At least with the P2KSK, I can conceal using that pocket and the weapon stays secure.
ETC...
Sorry for the holey shirt, was working on the car.
No, my clothes aren't two-toned. I need to fix the white-balance on the camera.
