Hello... I put some new Hogue grips on my Smith and Wesson 411. I like how they feel. It took me a little adjusting to get them seated exactly perfect... Well, close to exactly perfect. I'm super anal about my guns being as close to perfect as I can keep them even though they have been getting used a bit. It took some pushing and prying, tightening and loosening to close up the gaps. I gave all the gaps a firm massage with my thumbs to get the grips seated just right. Anyone else have to do this to get their Hogue grips seated nicely? And now that I'm satisfied, it's time to finish a hard day by laying in bed and caressing my pistol.
