I had to report for jury duty today so I cheated. I bought my Springfield Armory XD9 Tactical and a few boxes of assorted 9mm last Friday. The shop owner didn't mind - she thought it was a good idea to buy early and avoid the rush.

Bought a Ruger Security Six snubnose. This is also the first day in about 80 years that a citizen in the state of Missouri could buy a handgun without a permit from the county Sheriff. I had to buy at least one today.
