How many handguns do you have?

0.

I'm planning to remedy that sometime in the next week once I get my hands on a Glock 17, XD-9, and a Taurus 24/7 9mm so I can compare and contrast.

I am impressed with some numbers and disappointed in others.
The "Brady Bunch" :fire: came up with the one a month rule, so lets
start buying one a month until they shut up and go away.

my number is 30 something :D

Three.

Glock 17 - 2700 Rounds, 0 Malfs

XD-45 Tactical
- 700 Rounds, 0 Malfs

Ruger SP-101 - 450 Rounds, 0 Malfs...although a friend of my uncle's crappy reload wasnt filled with powder and got lodged between the barrel and the cylinder...but I don't blame that on the gun, I blame that on being stupid enought to shoot someone else's reloads.

So, like I said...THREE. Although I'm thinking of adding a Kel-Tec P-3at during tax refund time...maybe.

okay maybe I dont have em covered yet, maybe a 45 will be next:D , as for the wheel guns, My mom has a 22 mag and 41 mag, I can borrow any time, and im more of an auto fan, so I never do, maybe a snub 38 needs to be added!! I love this board, I can show this to my girl next time she doesnt think I have an incomplete setup!!

Fifteen. Would you - can you - play golf with just one club? ;) I have what I like to call "serious business" (i.e., home defense and CCW) and collecting/sporting handguns. Although I plan to sell or trade a couple, this is only so I can get more.

Walther P99 .40
Walther P22
Taurus PT111 MilPro 9mm
Beretta Storm PX4 .40
HK USP full size .40
HK USP Compact .40
Ruger P345
Steyr M9
Steyr M9-A1
Steyr M40-A1
SigPro 2340 Blueline .40
And a Sig 220 about to come out of layaway.

That makes 11.5

Next gun: Glock 30 or a Sig 239 (or both)

Just two for the moment (see signature). I was on the hunt for a subcompact of some kind that was friendly for carry use, but with the Democrats suddenly in power, my priorities have shifted towards obtaining an "evil" rifle or shotgun or two before they're banned again.

Springfield GI-45
Rossi 972, (357 Mag)
S&W Model 10-6 (38 sp)
Ruger P89 (9mm)
Bersa Thunder (380)
BuckMark Camper (22lr)
Sig Trailside (22lr)

Also own a Walther P-1, however the framed cracked and is no longer a usable handgun:(

Well I'm happy to report I just purchased my first handgun this afternoon: a service XD 9. Now I just need to get through this 48 hour waiting period before I can try it out.

20 - 30. Sigs, S&Ws, Colts, HKs,Berettas,1 CZ. I hope my wife doesn't ask that question. I'm looking for answers that'll justify having as many as I do. I just had to get a bigger safe and I'm waiting for the question to pop up. She's pretty easy going - still married after 23 years, but I know she won't understand why so many and still adding (picked up a sig 229 dak last night - awesome gun!). I think she has an idea of how many - but she doesn't want to know.

I got to the point that the wife couldn't tell one from the other and the transactions were done 'quietly' without her knowledge. I have a skill that enables me to make some side money so it works out. HA Although, she knows that my safe is currently too full and I need a new one.

I have:

5 pistols
18 rifles/shotguns to include various milsurps

As you can see below one is the loneliest number. I'm thinking about getting a revolver to CCW and keep the little P.38 company.

Babarsac, you say that now ... problem is, no one ever just buys one revolver :) I know I planned to only own autos. I wasn't even interested until I found a Smith with a price that was too good to pass up. I even thought I'd just sell the thing .. but instead I bought another. They're addictive.
