Most of mine have not.
I think its ironic that I have a savage .308 built to the hilt for accuracy but all it does is poke holes in paper and ping steel plates.
My 22s have innumerable rabbits and squirrels as well as nuisance possums, skunks, and coons to their credit. I got my first deer in 95 with a borrowed Remington .243 every one since has been with my NEF Handi Rifle 30.06 in the fields or my Glenfield 30A 30-30 in the brush. Since they are already scratched up they're the only ones I hunt with.
I always tell myself when I buy a new rifle that this one is perfect for hunting here or there. But when its time to go, the old faithfulls come out and and go to work and the new pretty ones stay safely tucked away.
