I like it! I have some in different colors for different calibers, for loose ammo, and some for empty cases so that I can reload. I sell a bunch of them, too, at Straightshot Shooting. They're as handy as a pocket in a shirt.
To answer the original question, I'll usually load ten mags, put them into my MP8 with the two extra mags squeezed in, and then take another 150 - 200 rounds either in boxes or my bullet bags. Therefore, I have around 250 rounds of pistol ammo. Add a rifle or two at our outdoor range, and it adds another 100 - 150 rounds to the total.
