How many rounds per year do ya'll shoot?

I was thinking today that i shoot alot, well not nearly as much as i wish, but alot to be on a budget. how many rds per year do you guys normally put through handguns? i average about 3000rds, but it would have been more this past year if it hadn't been for such bad weather, field time, and other factors. And since i have been promoted i am sure that i will be able to afford to hit the 5000rds mark per year, and after i start reloading, hopefully 8-10 thousand. I know my little numbers are slack but hey i do with what i have the means too!

Not enough either, not broke- but time constraints take away from my
shooting. I have too allocate certain days, far in advance too be able
too enjoy my sport of handguning~!

This year, maybe 5k. The difference is that last year the range I frequent had an MP5 rental, and my girlfriend didnt live with me and take up so much of my time (and yes, I have took her to the range with me of several occasions, but I still dont get to go as often or for as long).

3600 handgun, 2400 rifle, shotgun varies but current rate of consumption is at around 3600 shells/year.

Round Count

Handgun...By rough calculations, about 45,000 so far this year...mostly .45 ACP with maybe 500-600 rounds of .357 Magnum.

Rifle...A brick or so of .22 rimfire...some .45 Colt...maybe 500 rounds of .223 and .308 split evenly through the bolt rifles. A little .30-06 in an '03A3 Springfield.

If I were to keep track of how many rounds I shot, that would lead me to figuring out how much money I'm spending on ammo, and that would probably give me an ulcer

I don't care to know how much ammo I shoot in a year, thanks.

average 200 rounds a week in 10MM 50 rounds a week .45acp that adds up to about 12,000 rounds of pistol a year. Rifle 7mm Rem Mag 50 rounds a year, 30/284 (aka 7.5X55 Swiss) 600 rounds a year, 45/70 maybe 200 rounds a year in my Marlin 1895, 22 rimfire five or six rounds a year as turkey slaughter ammo.

I'm the lightweight here....1500 rounds/year combined from my Xd40 and my taurus mil-pro 40. I recently purchased a yugo sks, I expect to have about 1200 rounds out of it in the next year.

I shoot a lot LESS since buying my Boat. This year I have shot about 1500-2000 rounds. Last year I shot 7-8k and that was not shooting 3 months in the summer.

I do not shoot enough rifles to keep track.

8-10K/yr handguns - Rifles vary. My bolt guns I sometimes shoot a lot, sometimes don't touch them for a couple of months. Burned almost 300 rnds in the SKS last saturday, though.
