When I've got money, and somebody else to shoot with (need two members in order to perate the range), at least twice a week.

I shoot a lot more now that I reload and got a range membership.

I shoot handguns indoors twice per week, and reload for all my handgun calibers. I used to go twice a month but I ran the numbers and realized a membership would pay for itself. Needless to say I get my use out of it :D

There isn't anywhere nearby to shoot rifles or shotguns though, so they only get fired once every few months. When I lived closer to a rifle range, I shot them every few weeks.

I have firearms training every month so I get to shoot every month:p
I try to get some shooting in more often, but I'm not always successful.

Rick

I was heading to the range only once every 3-4 months, but now that I'm reloading that's increased to twice a month. Factory 9mm is still expensive and hard to find, but components are readily available where I'm at.

You didnt have one that covered my answer. I try to shoot as much as possible during the summer it was almost everyweek somtimes 2 twice a week. or when i would just get bored at home and didnt want to listen to the BS of still living at home. I would go out shoot some things i picked up at the dollar store. but since im at college now I havent shot in almost 2 months this sucks im gonna have to go out this weekend

I shoot @ the range one or two visits per month. The range I attend has a standing handgun station, so I am able to practice pistol drills; drawing from concealment; etc. During dove season, I am hunting twice a week. I am at the deer lease every other Saturday, and shoot at something each time I am there. I plink w/ airguns in the yard with my son usuallly once or twice a week. The only practice I have to reserve for lease trips is HD / SD shotgun practice; I do that informally at the lease twice a month. By informally, I mean cactus & Diet Dr. Pepper cans. That's as "tactical" as I tend to get!

I just found some 7.62 X 39 handloads the other day, dated 12/1999. Aparently, not often enough!

I shoot every day, except when I'm too busy(once or twice a month). The local range is closed 2 days of the week so I go to the one in the next city.

That's quite a drive, and not a little inconvenient, to be sure ...

Although there are half a dozen indoor & outdoor ranges within 30-40 minutes of my home, I haven't used a public range in a number of years. (I got tired of being around all of the unsafe firearm handling.)

That will change once we finally move out-of-state. I guess I'll have to wait and see what's available once we figure out exactly where we want to settle now that I'm retired. I'm thinking I might find a range within a reasonable distance and become a member.

In the meantime I still have access to a LE range where I volunteer some instructor/armorer support. That being the case, I've been managing to work in anywhere from 1-4 sessions per month (more as I'm willing to work in more time without interrupting my retirement activities :) ).

I can see losing access to a LE range eventually resulting in my range sessions becoming less frequent. Probably quite a bit more limited in scope of activities and duration, too.

Hopefully enough to keep my skills from rusting through and crumbling away ... :scrutiny:

I work 28/28 on a drillship. Of course I don't shoot when I'm at work. When I'm at home, daily. All I have to do it step out on my porch and throw a can out into the yard. Most of the time it's one of my .22's.

I shoot every other weekend. I maintain a fairly large amount of ammo for each weapon that I have and always purchase replacement ammo prior to any range visit. Normally take 5 or 6 handguns to the range and average about 50 rounds per gun. The high cost of ammo forced me to reduce my range visits.

I try to get in some live fire practice once a week, along with 2 matches a month. But, that doesn't include all the dry fire practice I do almost daily. I'd shoot more, but, the SO thinks the "Honey Do" list is more important.

22lr usually every other week. centerfire rifle and handgun once a month if not more often. i have to replace my pellet pistol that someone stole. otherwise i'd shoot something everyday.

Every Friday after work. I only miss a hand full of Fridays each year. Sometimes I only shoot 25 centerfire rounds and 50 rimfire but I'm always there for an hour or two.

Not in almost three months now. Can't find any ammo, and when I do, it's still too expensive. I'm just going to sit on what I have until the situation improves.

I try and go at least every few weeks. Luckily there is a range a few minutes away and I can rent a lane for ten dollars for a day. I'll plink with my 22lr's all day. I try and run shoot my defensive guns and other range toys once a month which works out to about every other range trip. For rifle range over 50 yards though I have to go to a free state game range about 30 minutes away so my rifles other than the AK and the shotgun which costs 5 for 25 skeets at my close range get the least use.

Not nearly enough! Probably on average 2.5 times a month.
It's funny, but when I dream about winning the lottery, one of the things I want in my house is a private indoor pistol range!

I went last week just to enjoy shooting my Blackhawk in .45 Colt.

I stunk!!! (In my opinion. 15 yards, 6"+ groups)

I now have a membership with a range and plan on going weekly.
