I love and hate my new Glock - advice

I was pretty heavy into Walthers. They do not have a safety, just a decocker. I have carried revolvers too. They don't have safeties either. I'd say that I'm comfortable carring 'unsafed' handguns.

My GLOCK 26 spits every empty casing to the right except the last one always goes straight back over my head. Guy that works at my local outdoor range says he's seen other GLOCKs do the same thing.

Headless,
I noticed you got no response so I'll second your reply for the Smith 659.
That said however, mine sits in the gun safe and I carry either the Glock 26
or the XD 40. The 659 was great when purchased but is a little heavy when compared to the plastic stuff.

I like the Glock because the lack of an external safety makes me more aware of safety in general. Safety on or off, the gun should be treated the same way by the operator. Also, the Glock is made to take a beating without issue, which is def a plus!
