If you could have only one 9mm

My West German Sig P226. Good ergonomics, points naturally, feeds reliably and shoots accurately. Plus the wife likes it too.

If I couldn't have my Sig, then probably a CZ.

Not for every hand, but it fits mine. Beretta 9000S, it eats everything to include 9mm+P+ fairly easy to conceal and easy to field strip, and can be found at a reasonable price.

The only 9mm I own is a Star model A I converted to a model B. I'd never get rid of it either. So it must be my choice.

Something hicap (excuse me.. that's really standard cap.), that is absolutely reliable and durable too. I would guess maybe a stainless that was proven among LEO or .mil, maybe a 3rd gen S&W like a 5906 (no I don't have one). Plus those guns are a great deal nowadays.

If you can have one 1, concealability (possibly weight) would be sacrificed for something built like a tank-reliable; maybe even a Beretta 92, CZ75.. There are many good wonder 9's to choose from

There's always pistol-training doing that > 50,000rd. torture test on their m&p9.
