I have made application to Florida for my CCW. I am fed up with incompetent legislators and liberal judges. Florida will get my money and my poor county will do without.

And I purchased an AK-47 with 4 30-round mags and 1,000 rounds of ammo on Gunbroker. What better way to exercise my 2nd ammendment rights than to by a semi-automatic rifle? Who cares if it "looks" like an evil assault rifle? According to Clinton's definition, it is not an assault rifle. And we all know you can trust Bill Clinton.

And for what it's worth, you oughta go down to your sherriff's office and apply anyway. It's gonna take a few weeks, but things will shake out okay. As soon as the politicians realize that CCW is essentially a printing press for $100 bills...

Many states wont accept a resident of that state using another state's non-resident permit (instead of getting one from the state you reside in), you might want to check if you're allowed to.

Take a look at packing.org. That site will tell you what states recognize the non-res. permits from other states.

The Missouri law says anyone can use a permit from any state. Of course, that doesn't mean some judge or prosecutor or sheriff won't try to enforce it in some weird way.

I'm betting this gets moved to L&P soon.

But, for what it's worth:
Don't wear out our welcome in Other States!

Seems we are swamping a couple counties in PA already.

I know it sucks to have to wait a few more weeks, but we've been waiting for years for this! Have some patience guys!

And for local news: Cass County is officially waiting till the Hancock stuff gets straightened out. I read this in the County paper, The Journal. I haven't personally called yet, but will in about a month, or if I hear anything about it sooner.

I'd rather have an IN STATE Missouri issued CCW permit in the event anything happens. (ie a shooting, or simply getting pulled over for a traffic violation.)
