Thanks for trying but this list/link is worthless. Look at some of the states and the info provided.

Appreciate the heads up. Which states are you referring to?Thanks for trying but this list/link is worthless. Look at some of the states and the info provided.
Any of them. All that list contains is some abbreviated citations from the state constitutions regarding their ostensible position on the right to keep and bear arms. It doesn't provide any information about what's required for purchase, whether private firearm sales without background checks are permitted, etc.Appreciate the heads up. Which states are you referring to?
Oh good grief
The only states that currently have any type of restriction on private party sales:
California
Colorado
Connecticut
Delaware
Hawaii
Illinois
Maryland
Massachusetts
Michigan
Minnesota
Nebraska
Nevada
New Jersey
New Mexico
New York
North Carolina
Oregon
Pennsylvania
Rhode Island
Vermont
Virginia
Washington
A NICS background check at the point of sale is only required for purchases from dealers.
Private firearm sales require a background check conducted through a federally licensed gun dealer except for temporary transfers, transfers between law enforcement officers, or transfers between immediate family.
I'm not seeing any restriction for North Carolina... am I missing something?Oh good grief
