Is the market slowly recovering?

While that is a good debate I believe that is also highly doubtfully proven and is also drifting away from the question presented.
I take the most recent reports about the Remington Lonoke AR facility a directional improvement in regards to the initial question, but that's only one factor in the overall sea of things that "the market" in the original question encompasses.

Although Remington is mentioned in the first linked article about being a supply side contributing factor to the current situation, I add in absence of recent imports of primers as another. Imported factory ammunition appears to be recovering, as 7X64mm Brenneke factory ammunition manufactured outside the USA by Norma, Prvi Partizan, Sellier and Bellot, and even Geco can now be found as available for purchase from many online retailers using AmmoSeek to do a search. That wasn't the case earlier this year.

It's been a good thread, but we have once again wandered off topic and gotten political.
