Glad to hear you're safe!
Having been in an automobile accident myself, I can painfully say life can start to suck about a day or two afterwards.
I once fell asleep and rear-ended a pickup, doing less than 20 mph. Had my seatbelt on, too. Went to see the corpsman the next day, just because I was in an accident and wanted to play it safe. All I had at the time was a seatbelt buckle bruise on my right hip.
Corpsman verified I was wearing a shoulder strap while he was poking and prodding, especially around the belt and strap areas. "Does this hurt?". When I said "No", he said "Don't worry. It will."
Next day I could hardly breathe, couldn't lift anything above chest height, and thought I had broken ribs...but all it was was deep bruising.
An eye opener to what it COULD have been like!
Again...glad you're safe. Take it easy and give your body plenty of time to take care of itself. Even if you're lucky and not experiencing much pain, there'll still be some physical trauma that will take time to heal.
