is this right for winclean ammo?

Actually, I've seen primers like that on other factory ammo. I was a little worried about it until I checked the velocity and saw it was no higher than usual. (not that the velocity test is foolproof) I'm fairly sure it was Winchester USA .357 Magnum ammo but I'm completely sure it wasn't WinClean ammo.
 
I quit reading before I got to the end so if this has already been said sorry for repeating. I haven't bought any in a while but the last WWB I bought in 9mm did that & pinged the breach face so bad I had to have the slide changed. Now all the range pick ups seem to have crimped primers.
 
From my experiance all winchester Factory loads have a brass colored primer. These look like they are reloads with a silver primer. And like someone said above, For WIN NT ammo, they look pretty dirty. IMO, your boss did get reloads sold to him. No harm, no foul I guess..... :)
