Here's one I did for a local customer, hot off the bench and just in time for Christmas. It's based off Will Ghormley's pattern but modified for a 6½" .22 single action and pictured with my 5½" Old Model Single Six. Done in oxblood out of a scarred hide for some character. Since it's made for a .22, cartridge loops are more trouble than they're worth, so I just did the line work and doubled up on the antique nickel spots. Three antique pewter conchos and an engraved buckle round it out. Turned out pretty nice.

Dang Craig. You're a talented craftsman, no question. But you've got a heck of an artist's eye for design, too. Really very nice. A rig like that should easily be worth more than the gun!

Thanks guys! :)

It is! I paid a whopping $200 for that Single Six and Ghormley gets $465 for a Ringo rig. Mine's less but still more than the Ruger.

Nice leather. Been watching your "hobby" progress through your postings. You are very talented.

" Turned out pretty nice" talk about understatement it's smoking!!

Splendid CraigC.
You are turning out some real art.
I just made a'hawk sheath from some scrap leather that was given to me. It looks like I should leave the leather work to the experts. Lol

beautiful, you get great color on your rigs too! in the short time ive been on THR and lookin at your work, raybans and others has given me inspiration, its what helped get me off my butt and try my hand at making my own rigs
Thank You
Gene
