Does anyone carry a p3at or p32 employing the belt clip inside your waistband? I've carried the gun in my pocket, just wandering if anyone uses the belt clip.

I personally carry my P32 IWB with clip.It slides perfectly just inside the waist band between the loop and buckle. It is perfectly comfortable sitting or standing never had a prob.

I'd be leary about carrying without something (holster) covering the trigger, especially considering how easily clothes snag on things.

I carry my P11 with the belt clip frequently, generally at about the 5 o'clock position. I'm very careful when reholstering not to catch the trigger on my shirt, but it's definitely an inexpensive to carry IWB. I've decided not to install the trigger-shoe accessory so as to avoid increasing the risk of an AD, since I think it would be more likely to catch.

The trigger pull on my P11 is pretty tough, I would be much more concerned if the trigger was lighter.

After reading the previous post I unloaded my gun and tried a few things. I could not get it to fire I do not discount the fact that once day I may catch it just right and lose my jewels. I just dont see much chance of an accident considering the stiff trigger I feel pretty safe.

I frequently carry larger handguns mexican style and have considered the belt clip for my p3at. I'm not worried about AD, I turned my jewels in when I got married. :(

I have two P-3ATS. One has the belt clip and the other I pocket carry in a Nemis holster. I probably carry the pocket clip one more than the other. I got in the habit of carrying on my weak side when I was carrying a P-3AT as a BUG to my duty weapon on the strong side. I carry in about the 11:00 position with the clip over the waist band and behind the belt. Comfortable standing or sitting. No worries over a ND.

The trigger on the p3at is much lighter even though its still a long pull. Personally I'd want a holster, ymmv.

i have a p11 with the beltclip installed and the only problem iv had is the screws holding it on work lose when fireing, but i fixed that with locktight. i havnt had a chance to carry it much other than around the house, but im geting my CCW next weekend and it will get used alot more once im legally "allowed" to. :)

I had a belt clip on my P3AT, but it would tear my hand up when I practiced. I ended up just getting a good pocket holster, instead.

In keeping with the design intent and purpose, and after the initial break-in to establish reliability, I never shoot more than a mag or two at a time. Kel Tec says these guns have a service life expectancy of about 6k rounds. These are not range guns and should not be used as such. The pocket clip is hard on the hand, but quite tolerable for a dozen rounds or so. In qualifing our BUGs to our duty weapons, we had to fire 50 rds for score. The result was a bloody hand. Used as intended for the design the pocket clip is a great carry choice.

I carry mine weak side on my waist with the belt clip when wearing scrubs, in uniform it is clipped inside my weak side cargo pocket. Works great, wouldn't carry it any other way.

I have one, but no longer use it. On your side, they work good enough, but I am more comfortable carrying in the small of my back. Once upon a time, about two months ago, I had been in the car for an hour or so when I got out in a crouded grocery store parking lot. I was in the habit of "checking" the position after sitting, but before I had the chance, I felt it fall into my shorts.

I froze, it flipped around a little and fell on the ground just as a car passed. I put my feet around it and bent over like I was tieing my shoes, recovered it, and moved on. I've been a little wary of the clip ever since.

Now, I did have it only attached to my shorts, not to a belt and that probably made it less secure. Also, if you do go this way and decide to carry in you back, get the left-handed clip if you are right handed and vice versa to get the draw correct. Try it and you'll understand what I'm saying.

I used to use a belt clip with my P-32, but it required too much looking after to keep it well concealed and the draw was slower and clumsier than front pocket carry. The P-3 is perfect for front pocket carry. There's no better carry mode and no need for one with such a small, light gun.

I use it at times when I can get it (the Pistol) away from other 1/2 .She loves the clip allows he different ways to carry according how she is dressed for work.
