LuckyGunner.com just tested a ton of defensive pistol loads

No suprise that my cheapo defense round faired decently well. I like magtech defense ammo, and in every instance in which I have put it on flesh it has done well enough for me to trust it. I have shot it in 9mm, 357 mag and 38spl. All took deer really well, I expect they would perform similarly if I ever needed to defend myself. And yes I'm comfortable with less penetration in exchange for a good expansion. If I wing the guy with a bad shot I still want it to count.

Well...it did well in the sensible loads anyway.

Great to see a test like this. I did note ALL results for this round are on short barreled pistols not service and mid sized guns.

Looking forward to seeing service pistol ie 4 and 5 inch barrels and revolver tests.
