Sorry, but we can't do that. There's this thing called 'lowest common denominator' at work in computer land. There are still a lot of our members out there who are on s l o w dialup, who will never be able in a year to get that video to load. And thus will be shut out of any discussion here.
We're not doing that to people here, when we can help it.
Now if the OP wants to post a detailed description of what the video describes, that would help. But tossing out a link to a long video and letting it go at that... that's not how we want to handle starting threads here. This is a DISCUSSION forum after all.

ETA- It's billed as a "realistic simulation." Ooooookay.
And the first thing they start talking about is some random 'good guy' improvising a suppressor for an AK that he picked up, somewhere, after the shooting started. C'mon. Get real.
Folks, it may be that eventually we start to suffer from a rash of genuine terrorist attacks on places like schools and shopping malls. It has happened in other countries. We've had 'active shooters' here. It's the stuff of nightmares for LEOs, I know. I spent 13 years studying terrorism in decades gone by, helping to make sure that some of Uncle Sam's up and coming charges who were responsible for dealing with it first hand knew what they needed to know to deal with it. I'm not exactly a stranger to the idea.
But there's training, and then there's entertainment. This video is entertainment.
If li'l ol' you finds yourself up against a half dozen even remotely trained bad guys shooting up the local mall with AKs and hand grenades, my advice to you is to run like hell, and call 9-1-1 as soon as you can get around a couple of corners. Put any ideas of being a Macgyver-silencer-improvising hero out of your mind. To do otherwise is fantasy, and apt to be lethal to boot.
If you carry a badge, you're obligated to be there. If you don't carry a badge, you're not. Let the folks who have an AR carbine in the trunk of their patrol car and an active shooter class under their belt handle it.
Or become part of the body count. Your call.
