I open carry 90% of the time and always use a holster with active retention. My daily carry holster is my Uncle Mikes Pro3 triple retention duty holster. No way my gun is falling out if that.

No one one hurt, no crime was committed. I could see yanking his CCW for a couple years, but wouldn't consider this grounds for stripping him of a constitutional right.
