I have heard nothing of this, even if it passed the house O'Malley would NEVER sign it. Viva la Erlich!

Perhaps, but it would force him to go officially on record as being against self-defense rather than it being stuffed in the drawer every year,
 
O' Malley vetoed a bill from last year that would've allowed police agencies in Maryland to sell their old weapons back to manufacturers for credit towards NEW guns.

How fiscally irresposible can you get with tax payers money?
You don't get anymore "In Your Face" than that!
 
There were plenty of people there in support of it and virtually no one opposed. The question is whether our so-called representatives believe that they should govern based on what is said at the hearings or should they continue to be the ideologues that they typically are....meaning anti-gun.
