They changed the setup, how to find things, etc. It is a but more......cumbersome, but still better than many sites out there.
I agree. I just tried ordering one single item and it kept saying it couldn't add it to the cart, cart wouldn't open. The item was in stock too which I don't get.^ Brownells is nothing but frustrating
I ordered 500 Hornady 45 cal 230 grain FMJ bullets from Midway 4/10/20. When they shipped they said it would be here 4/22. They arrived today, 4/20.Has anyone ordered anything from MidwayUSA since the “panic” started? If so how long did it take for them to ship? I placed a small order, three in stock items Monday and they still haven’t shipped. I know they are slammed but five days backed up?
It’s funny. I hardly ever go to the Brownells website because I find it a serious pain to use, and I’ve thought all this time it was because I’m pretty dumb.^ Brownells is nothing but frustrating
Amen to that.I do find it easier to navigate than Brownells.
While it is still better than some (Brownells...and Sinclair since they bought them), there are definitely worse sites out there, but I remember how awesome it was, so it makes it extra aggravating to me.They changed the setup, how to find things, etc. It is a but more......cumbersome, but still better than many sites out there.
On a side note, they have taken a great website and ruined it over the last few years.
Given that the fault could lie with the carriers, not Midway you are cutting off your nose to spite your face. USPS, FedEx and to a lesser extent UPS, screw up fairly often compared to a retailer like Midway - at least in my experience. After this week, I will no longer do business with MidwayUSA. A month ago a package from them arrived very late. I bought something from them on Tuesday, Next Day Air, and it hasnt even been given to UPS yet (2 days later). They will never see another nickle from me again.
