...then I don't really know what is. Trust me, I don't come here looking to be offended. I've got better things to do with my time. I'm silent about a lot of things that people write here that annoy the hell out of me. That's life. Everyone isn't going to see things my way, nor should they.

That particular statement, FWIW, was just something I couldn't ignore, and I shouldn't be expected to. It was an ignorant thing to say. Sorry if you disagree.

Don't feel like a jerk. Stuff like this happens all the time around here. It was just a misunderstanding. You guys worked it out. You've both clarified, ostensibly sincerely, to your (plural) credit.

It's hard to interpret meaning sometimes with just words, with no body language, little inflection, etc.

Hang in there. Glad this disagreement had a good ending.

I've never heard of or seen something like that happen at the ranges I frequent.

I also can't understand why people sometimes do those stupid things. Don't they realize that they put other people and themselves in danger, or do they simply not care?

Thats why you should join a gun club. Almost no idiots there. Plus, the club I go to, has almost no one in the short range area. Basically have the entire area to yourself. The only time they're actually full are during the shoots.
