Mossberg 590 Recoil Pad/But plate?

Hello everyone I've got a question, in regards to the Mossberg 590s stock.
I've had my Mossberg 590 for over a year now, and although I love the weapon, I would really like to find a way of shorting the stock up a bit, without having to cutting the stock down. So my question is does anyone know of an aftermarket But-plate or Recoil-pad, that could replace the stock pad, and maybe shorten the stock up a bit?
The only think I have been able to find is the “SpeedFeed Recoil Swat Plate” but I have no idea if that will fit on the factory stock?

In what regards do you mean? Get the stock or just the butt plate/recoil pad?

Just the butt plate.

Won't be a pad, but it'll be shorter.

I am interested too, but, what makes you think that'll fit a 2009 Mossberg synthetic butt? I'd bet it won't. A custom plate is easy for a smith to put on and should reduce the pull by almost an inch, and, would be better to hit people with than an inch and a quarter of rubber.

It'll fit. Spacing is the same, stock is the same. I'll trade you my 1970's Mossberg plastic plate for your pad, straight up. My stock is too short for my "8 foot monkey arms with two elbows" as once described by one of my (former)employees.
