no offense kcmarine but I've seen truck tires with prettier lines than an XD. Note I didn't say it was a bad gun, just ugly as all get out. :D On the other hand, we agree about the 1911 100%.

Which auto is most attractive to me? Mine of course!
No pics available from work so a stock image will have to do.

I also like the look of full lug revolvers, wait, auto, um yeah, 1911. Then the CZ75 I guess.

If the most attractive is a 1911A1, it won't be one with forward slide serrations. Those are goofy looking no matter how much money was spent.

I'm the same way, no offense to those that like forward serrations on their 1911s.

IMO, the most attractive auto is a no frills, basic GI style M1911/1911A1 Government Model.

Kinda like this one (not mine, just found it online):

Gee, no Glocks? :D :p

Centerfire
Overall: 1911
Compact: P7/P7M8
DoubleStack: BHP and the New AR24

Rimfire:
S&W 41

I'll be the fourth to vote for the Luger. Can't decide which variation, I love them all. Navy, LP08 or P08...
It's also the most fun to shoot.

Second choice is a tie between the 1911 and the S&W "Dirty Harry" 44 Mag. (or 6" S&W Model 19 with the large stock grips).

SS Loaded Champ

DirksterG30 has a picture of mine, the SA Loaded Champ. Looks exactly like that one. What wonderful gun porn. That Ruger .22 looks nice. Every gun that works when it's needed is beautiful. :D

Government Model.
Most any Colt to me is beautiful but this is the only picture I have handy of one with a target.
Colt Gold Cup Trophy 32 rounds (4, 8 round magazines) of 200gr LSWC from 50' offhand.

(for the record that is not my table cloth)

Speaking of Kimber, i don't know what it is but i really like the way their desert warrior looks. I saw one in person and it looks even better than it does in the picture.

Satin Nickel Colt Combat Commander with either Elk horn grips or custom Cocobolo grips.

That or a nickel plated Colt .45 Peacemaker 4 3/4 inch barrel with Ivory grips.

Maybe a mint Luger or 1911 Colt Government model if a military handgun is to be chosen.

Can't pick just one.

Colt 1903
Luger
Ruger Mk1 Target 6 7/8
AutoMag 44 AMP (that's a space gun if there ever was one)
Whitney Wolverine

pre war Colt blue is pretty on any of their models.
