For me, its an Exeter, NH made P226 9mm. 10 years old, no ugly rails or terrible laser etched #s. Hogue grips with the finger grooves in the front. I cant make it jam. I usually hit low left, but the groups are all so tight the holes in the paper target are connected. Some day I will find a sight pusher and dial it in a little, but as for reliability, I would never give up this gun. It seems to be as reliable as my revolvers. I also have an old G22 with no rails and dead night sights, it never misses a beat, Im just too lazy so i use the Sig. I dont want to start an ammo debate but i use Win. SXT 147 grain, low recoil and supreme accuracy.
