Short and stout - WSM line

Short and curves- 308 case and ones based off it

Long and curves- 30-06

Tall and stout 45/70

I've always wanted a Remington Model 7 Custom MS in 7mm-08. Beautiful rifle for a beautifully proportioned cartridge!

The little .218 Bee is a pretty neat looking thing too. Tapered, bottlenecked, with a nice thick rim.

I'll give another vote for .357 sig. I toyed with the idea of getting an after market barrel in .357 sig for my Glock 22, but it finally came down to not wanting to diversify into any other calibers for quite a while.

No love for the 22lr? It is a cute little thing

Oh so many choices!

I might start with my Basque 9mm Largo:

Or some of my 7.92 Kurz:

Or perhaps some neat British 4.85mm:

Or .280 and .280/30:

But most likely my pretty little bunch of 7.62 Tokarevs:

I think 30-06 loaded in en bloc clips are appealing to the eye. So are 45acp round nose bullets.

There's just something that's "all business" about a Thompson 50 round drum magazine being loaded up with all that .45ACP.

In a rifle I love the overall simplicity and utility of an M1 clip.

If we're talking symmetrical with good lines (same beauty standard they use for humans), then I'd say the 6.5x55 is Barbie doll version of beauty and the .308 is the more realistic size. Of course, some of us are pushing .45-70 dimensions. :neener: :D

Whether you call it as the W.R.A. Co. first did, .38 W.C.F. (Winchester Central Fire), or by it's more modern nomenclature, .38-40, still an attractive, classic looking bottleneck cartridge that has survived for about 140 years.

Winchester 1873, or Colt SAA, still does the job.

6mm PPC is pretty nice, as is the 6mmbr.
Don't have a pic of the 6.5 wssm or the 6.5 saum but they are very nice, only problem - brass is hard to get other than the parent case.
