Had a chance to shoot one about a couple weeks ago. Couldn't hit the broad side of a barn standing inside with it. It think the combination of a tiny grip, relatively heavy trigger pull, rudimentary sights, and first time was the culprit. Seemed very well built though. The owner was able to keep his shots inside of a paper plate (~ ½ paper plate diameter groups) at ~7 yds with no problem. I couldn't get use to it within the 25 rounds I shot. Would need more time behind the trigger.

No pics, but a range report.

I found the NAA-mini in .22magnum to be fairly accurate out to 10 yards. Mine has the small grips, a 1 1/8 inch barrel- and a mean attitude. At the 10 yard line I can put 4 out of five shots into a 8X11 sheet of paper, not bad considering what I am doing it with. I have no problem putting all five shots into a man sized target. I co-worker of mine fired it this very afternoon, after the first cylinder, which went everywhere, he had the gun figured out and was easy pumping all five into the target, not quite keeping them all on a sheet of paper- but darn close.

Now, even though I know I can hit consistantly out to ten yards with this gun, lets face it, that is much farther away then it should be used. 10 feet is more likely the range this gun will see, and at that range it is absolutley devestating.

I have had my mini for an entire three days so far, but I find it to be fun, reliable accurate (for what it is meant for) and just a darn nice little pistol.

I give it two thumbs up and recomend it strongly to anyone who wants a small, reliable, nifty back-up or carry gun, it sure is easy to hide- that belt buckle carry is somthin special.

Just got one (shot barrel in .22LR) as a gift for my youngest son for kicks at the range...very much looking forward to shooting it next week!

It does seem to have a lot of quality in it, and the price of $149.99 + tax wasn't bad either (my local shop operated on an honest 10% markup on firearms).

but, a beautifully constructed little jewel that can be taken anywhere there is no metal detector. ten feet and under it will do its job. have had one for years. my "allways", plus something else.

alone, it keeps me from feeling naked.

Better late to the game than not show up at all...

This was going to go on my CCW but the Sheriff's Office requires you to qualify with a holster... and I never planned to use a holster with this little peashooter... just toss it in a pocket.

And this one... well, everyone should have something a little pimp.

Quarter bore, why not just buy a cheapo holster for it, and go qualify....after it is on your permit, do they care how you carry it?

Here is a 10 dollar nylon jobby that I picked up for my Autauga....fits like a charm, you dont even notice it, and the price was right.

Keep an eye on your gun if you use the belt buckle.
A friend of mine was walking out of Walmart wearing his, and thought he kicked a rock or something.
He looked to see what it was, and it was a NAA mini revolver.
What a coincidence!

NAA sent him a new belt buckle, and I haven't talked to him in a long time.
Hopefully that one was defective.

I had the tiny .22 lr version, and it was ok.
I didn't like the way it would tip up on recoil sometimes, and split my thumbnail. Owwwww!
I would like to get the .22 magnum version, with the extra .22 lr. cylinder. I think it would be more shootable with the larger grips.

I also think the tiny gun with the foldable grip would be nice.
A built-in holster when carrying, and a larger grip when firing.

NAA used to have a review from a cop, on their website. It had some nice pictures of the .22 magnum gun, and some cans he had shot up.
The cop talked about using the gun at contact distance, and all of the damage that the powder and residue would do in the wound.

arinvolvo- When I re-qual this December, that's exactly what I plan on doing. When I qual'd last time I hadn't known about the holster requirment so didn't have one with me. This time I will.

Only problem is the qual course of fire itself; stage one is 5 shots in 30 sec. @ 15 yrds. and 85% of your shots must be within the 7-ring of a B27... 30 sec. is a long time, but that 's a short little barrel and a tiny little sight radius. I can do it, but it's not pretty.

I have two favorite holsters for my Guardian...

RJ Hedley "Back Pocket" model. I know I say that a lot regarding my Seecamp & Guardian, but if you try one you'll see what I mean. Without a doubt, the best pocket holsters I've ever tried. They ARE pretty, but the best thing is that they STAY in my back pocket during a fast draw.

Ron Graham shark skin belt holster, "Vampire" model. The muzzle of the Guardian is a fraction of an inch below my gunbelt. (Good for CCW) Plus, there is a safety "snap-strap" that holds the pistol snugly in the holster. The value of the strap instantly becomes obvious when you fall down the stairs. (And I do THAT a lot! )

Can the 4" Mini-Master NAA .22 mag pistol be carried concealed?
Know the barrell is a bit long, but the gun is light and fairly small. Plus the longer barrell should give better ballistics and accuracy?
