HK customer service says the V3 can not be converted to any of the LEM configurations, and I haven't talked to anyone that has tried.

Bill Springfield does trigger work on HK's including the P2000. Alot of people like the trigger work he does but I don't know how to go about shipping to him legally because he doesn't have a FFL.
Bill does have an FFL. I've used him several times. Nevertheless, if I were you I would trade my V3 for a V2 and then convert it to V1. The Light LEM is the best trigger on the market short of a good 1911. Besides, trading a P2K for a Glock would be a crime against humanity.

Ha.... "Crime against humanity"... Good line... I like it.

Maybe I'll just buy the V2 and let Bill Springfield work on my V3. I'd hate to commit a crime against humanity.

Lcp for indoors and around the house. Glock 26 for around town, and the lcp in the pocket. G30 on the bedside. Always have at least 1 gun on you imo. 2 is faster than a reload. extra mag for lcp in rt pocket. At night all weapons within reach. Sherriff told our homeowners association, that they were stripped to the bone, and to take whatever precautions necessary. Those are some of mine. They also told us they expect things to get worse. We are in a good area of the treasure coast. the HOA disbanded our security comitee due to indemnification problems, "they didin't want to pay", So now it's every man for himself. Your tates may vary to shotguns or rifles, but make sure you have two or three weapons available, in case one gets grabbed or fails. Also tell your family what to do and where to go so you avoid a "friendlly fire" incident. Use your bed for cover, or keep a vest near, "may sound extreme" buy a lot of folks have them now. There was a clip on the news about some fancy italian designer making expensive bullett proof clothing from tee shirts to suits, last night, his business is booming. He found some new stuff that is thin and looks like regular fabric, maybe a set of pj's for Christmas, with an armor plate, lol
