There's stank all over this board lately.

I've held off asking a couple of questions about topics I'm not clear on due to the "what are you stupid" replies I've been seeing
People must be ready for spring. Folks get crabby in March and April where I live. I'm stuck in the path of the blizzard moving through the US.

I've noticed there's an ebb and flow to this forum in regards to member's behavior. There are times, like now it seems, where too many members are looking to start an argument or stir things up. I use the ignore feature for those members, and they generally disappear after a while.

Looks interesting. I really like my Security 9. Seems like 10 round Compacts are gaining a lot of interest/popularity.

For me at least this seems like an interesting idea. As a FL ccw carrier that more often than not has (for various reasons) keeps their gun in the car vs actually carrying it when out and about, an inexpensive reliable gun like this is a nice choice.

I like my LCP. After a couple months of carrying, I like my $200 EC9s. But I like hammer fired guns more than strikers.

For pleasure, I like revolvers. I like my Beretta 92 alright, but it will never replace a good revolver. For me. But if this gun carries anything like my cheap EC9...I might be interested. Hammer. Better sights. Not a lot bigger. A few extra rounds. Did I say hammer?

Guess I'm not a refined shooter. Although I often shoot one handed. If I stick my pinkie out, will I become refined?

I Googled "Ruger Security 9 Compact" and found this discussion. Having not participated on The High Road for a very long time, I thought I'd take a look. After reading through this thread, I now understand why I decided to give up on this forum. This discussion (If you can call it that) is pathetic.
