One of those days...

I feel that. Yesterday, I went to the wall to practice for my ccl qualification/ class this Saturday.

I hit a bump too hard, and tore off my bumper, and oil filter. Totaled my 2018 ford focus with 30,007 miles.
EDIT: Added the image below. You can see where the damage is. What happened was that this speed bump was not painted ,nor was there a sign, so I ran over it at 40ish miles. The piece that holds the radiator bent into the car, and sheared off my oil filter. So far, I don't think it'll run anymore.

In Vermont, all we have are unmarked camouflaged speed bumps. They look just like giant craters in the earth. They're called potholes. Mechanic bills may as well be anticipated with monthly expenses in this state, some of the poorest maintained roads in the country.... Hitting em 40-50mph is all too common

I feel your pain....

It was one of those stupid rubber speed bumps. They'd replace them every year or so. Well, it's been two whole years since they were in that location, so I got used to them not being there anymore.
