Around here 10mm is hard to find but it can be found, price competitive with .45
I personally love 10mm, I have 3 of them, a gen 2 glock 20, and both full and compact sized witnesses with wonder finish.
i've carried all 3, the glock 20 with a very nice kydex holster, and the witnesses with cheaper ones (hard to find a nice conceal/carry witness holster).
I first carried the glock concealed, but a few times I ended up holstering my inside t-shirt with the pistol. That scared the living crap outta me enough times to get motiviated to carry the witness.
I carried the glock 20 & witness in tampa for some time. The finish on both pistols wore well, but the end of the stainless barrel on the witness ended up corroding.
