I don't know about pointless- but you have a point. Since we're on a wishlist thread- I'll go ahead ahead and wish for a select fire AN 94-as well as others!:D

A semi 20mm that is under 30 pounds.

The pain factor on that one might be a bit high for most people. :D

I wanna see some civvy FAMAS's and Galil's. As well, as some kind of small, "tacticool" rifle chambered in a magnum rifle round.

I'd like to see more large capacity foldable/collapsible carbines in .45acp.

They're fantastic for newbies, trunk guns, home defense, plinking, and general just in case/shtf within 100 yards.

Kel-Tech: Y'all listening?

Hey! Marlin! How about an updated & beefed up Camp 45?

Surplus geek

A VZ-52 with American parts and a synthetic stock (all the wood ones I've ever seen look like crap, and were really heavy).

I, too, want a 7.62X25 carbine.

Garands are nice, but I'd like someone to stumble upon a forgotten warehouse-full of properly packed Johnson rifles!

Down here in Southern California I saw one with the stock sprayed with bed liner that looked pretty decent. The shop was asking for around $600, but it looked good, and was certainly lighter than my Yugo SKS.

Another vote for an affordable Galil. A 5.56 ARM would be a killer addition to my collection. Especially if it were priced under a grand. I can dream, can't I?

1. A heavy-barreled .44Mag pistol caliber carbine with a magazine of at least 10 rounds or more.

2. An STG-44 semi-auto only version to comemorate my WWII weapons

3. An FG-42 semi-auto only

4. A Bren semi-auto LMG

I'll throw another one in for the Galil--a poodle shooter I could actually see myself owning.

I'd like to see a version of the SIG 550 or the SCAR in 7.62x51. I need a lefty-friendly ambidextorous battle rifle, preferrebly under $2K.

Now that you guys mention it, I think I could see myself with an FN PS90 if they chambered it for the 7.62x25. It would actually have a point if you could put 90 gr XTPs in it and use it for person defense. You could probably still manage 25 to 30 of them in a magazine and I think it would be nifty. I imagine it would still have plenty of barrier penetration for a light rig too for FMJs...oooo...I want one...

A factory Mini-14 with a heavy, match-grade barrel that will consistently shoot MOA.

If Ruger or someone made a neary copy ofthe Mini-14, except with a somewhat heavier barrel (maybe not gauranteed MOA, but I think they could be kept under 2 MOA), compensator, accessory rails on 4 sides, parkerized, and accepting AR mags, offered in pistol grip/folding stock as well as a traditional stock, and kept it at a decent price (I think $900 would be reasonable) that thing would sell like hotcakces. So as good as an AR, except more reliable (inherent in the Mini design), for less.

i would like to see more military style wood and metal guns, like the m-1a.

the mini-14 is a good one, but it should have at least a medium weight barrel

i like the idea of a small military style BAR:rolleyes:

if springfield just took some m-1a blueprints and srunk them and chambered it in .223, 7.63x39 and 6.8spc, that would be awesome
