Is +P in an '87 made Model 439 OK ?

Thinking about buying S&B from Cabela's described as:
Military-production 115-grain FMJ ammunition
Act now to take advantage of these red-hot prices on factory-overrun, military-production ammo. This top-quality 115-grain FMJ 9mm ammunition comes packed in vacuum-sealed 250-round pouches. The pouches guarantee virtually unlimited shelf life for long-term storage. Each round is sealed at the primer and hermetically sealed at the case mouth to lock out moisture. Individual boxes are marked "Police," standard on all Sellier & Bellot military- and police-grade ammo

Also looking at:
S&B full power European 9

Not sure if either are +P, but I understand military is like / close to +P specs, but I may be wrong.

Thanks.

Any S&W can handle +P

That said, it'll accelerate wear on any gun.

The S&B stuff should be normal pressure, though, not like the NATO SMG ammo that batters M9's. The NATO load is a 124 gr. FMJ that clocks over 1,200 FPS from 4" handguns.
