    I don't know a whole lot about that law, but I see this as one small bit of good coming from an area that's long been known for it's anti-gun politics. For example, see the highlighted quote...

    So even though Commissioner Greene feels well qualified to have a gun (despite the fact that she's had no law enforcement training whatsoever), she still apparently feels that the rest of ust have no need for such a thing...
