Fox News is far better at promoting fear than MSNBC could ever hope to do. The are both two sides of the same coin. Whatever way that coin comes up on the toss no one wins.

The difference between FOX News and the Main Stream Media, not just the partisan hacks at MSNBC, is that FOX tries to play it neutral. The fact that the Main Stream News is so Left-wing biased makes FOX look extreme.

The fact that the news they tell is scary, means you may be getting the truth, not pablum.

As a long time supporter of the NRA-ILA, (since the Clinton Administration) I am surprised that their are any Second Amendment supporters who are not!

But if Piers Morgan's paranoid fantasies is what it takes to get you off your duff and contribute, then power to him!

Ya know, it's funny, but I've seen several liberals who have bumper stickers reading, "Don't watch Fox news."

But I've never seen a conservative with a bumper sticker saying, "Don't watch MSNBC."

There's a lesson for us there, if we could just figure it out.

One word: "drama".

People love drama and controversy. If they didn't, then TV shows like daytime soap operas and print media rag-mags like The Enquirer wouldn't be able to exist for decades at a time.
