I too use the Uncle Mike's #4 for my PM9 and find the pistol draws cleanly from it with out any snags or binding.
Frankly for the $15.00 I paid for it I am reasonably impressed with it.
I do intend to order a leather pocket holster for it though as it will out last the U.M. by years in the end.

Yea, I don't have a problem with the UM . I can even get out quickly with no snags when seat belted into my truck.
The Mika does allow for a better first grip IMO and I think I paid less than $30 shipped..
