Kahr pm9

I can pocket carry my pm9 in my cargo pockets or front pocket , to me its almost the perfect ccw, you have decent stopping power and concealibilty in one package.

Im not big on pocket carry,Im prety much a jeans only guy.
That said Ive bought a few for pocket carry,S&W air weight,Kahr Pm9.P3AT,
And most recent a Kahr p380.Ive found that in jeans I much prefer the small
380's in a rear pocket wallet type holster. My PM 9 is the outer limit for me and rarely is put in a pocket, they all work but I just dont care for the feel of
a front pocket carry.I only carry in a pocket if I just cant get away with IWB wich is rare then the P380 gets the nod.

The little Kel Tec P-11 accepts this belt clip which works well on the outer seem of blue jeans or other heavy pants. You can slip the muzzle and majority of the gun into your pocket leaving about have of the grip exposed for quick/easy access. Just wear a shirt that covers the grip. The tiny PF-9 has a clip for it too. I'd advise against carring combs in that pocket. Also, be sure you hold the gun in place when you sit, stand, or squat.

I pocket carry the LC9. If my pockets are too small I carry a LCP.

BTW my LC9 now has shot over 1,500 trouble free rounds.:)

For pocket carry, what is your pick in an automatic? I'm thinking maybe of an lc9. Also, are there any pocket-carryable 45acp pistols on the market?

Just to be clear, I'm considering 9mm and up, and fit in a pocket holster

I will second that, just bought the CM 9 to supplement my G26 for pocket carry necessity.

I carry an LCP when I need something real small as in summer and a Tauru 740 Slim when I'm wearing clothes to conceal it. The 740 Slim really is compact and slim and mine has been totally reliable for over 600 rounds. The .40S&W has a lot of punch and this pistol is surprisingly accurate and easy to shoot.

I alternate pocket carry between an LCP,a PF9,a CM9 or an S&W 640 all depending on the mood, where I'm going, and what I'm wearing...I always try to get cargo pants/shorts when I can...For me,they'll all do the job,and I carry them comfortably which matters most to me...

I'm loking at a pocket gun right now as well. My PF9 only fits in the pockets of cargo pants or some khakis.
In regular jeans, it may fit but not easily and certainly would be an awkward slow draw.

The Diamondback DB9 looks like it has potential, but I'm thinking a P3AT is a better option for true pocket carry. (the LCP does handle better, but is not +p rated, so...)

Just bought an Uncle Mikes pocket holster for my .25.
I've fallen in love with pocket carry just because it is so damn comfortable.

Walther PPS in .40...Disapears in a pocket(front or cargo) I just use a Blackhawk pocket holster.

I like to carry in my right rear pocket of my jeans in the summer, long shirt out side, sued lined holster in the pocket that is glazed inside for easy extraction. I carry a 2" .44sp now but am switching to a Kimber 3" .45acp and will carry the same way. Winter time is a total new type of carry for me.

Here are my pocket carries, top 1G P-32 with 10-round mag, middle 1G P-32 with +1 mag extension, bottom P-3AT Freedom with CTC laser:

I carried my Kimber SS Ultra 45 in the right front pocket of some baggy cargo shorts all weekend this past weekend without any problems. I did have to keep my belt cinched up but it worked better than I thought it would. EDC is a KelTec P3AT in a home made pocket holster in the right back pocket.

Kahr PM9 in cargo shorts front pocket with an uncle mikes #4 for now.
I have a Mika holster and it feels bulkier in my pocket than the uncle mikes but it is a smoother draw.

Smith & Wesson Model 637 with the old-style wood grips. Works great in my cargo shorts and even in my jeans. But then, I wear loose blue jeans...
