He was also acquitted of manslaughter in 2008 after his pit bull mauled to death his 7-year-old son.

I'd like to hear the other side before making any judgment on this one. If it is as he says, then yes it's appalling. But it is amazing how much gets left out of a telling.

This case isn't as it appears. Follow up with the story, I guarantee his complaint and lawsuit go nowhere.
