I've used Ammo Man quite a bit in the past. Here's the link to their page for 7.62x39:

It almost seems like practically everybody who ever wanted a gun already has a gun or nineteen.
Guns are still to be had a pre-panic prices.
AIM has Gen 3 G17's still in stock for $500 shipped.

AIM still had the new Danish .223 this morning.
    All gone now.

This just appeared on their home page.

was at Academy sports and Bass Pro shop today. It was easily more crowded and more bare shelves than when Odumbo got originally elected.

Even though ive been fighting my newest tumor and cancer, i almost wish i would of just not fought that and kept all my guns (40+) instead of selling them. Or at least waited till NOW to sell them to make more off them to help with bills.

Luckily i have a lot of ammo and magazines, even for quite a few guns i don't even own anymore. I want to be positive about the united firearms community but we are looking at a future of serious fighting coming up for at least the next 4 years. Anything I can do to help retain our rights is something I will do no matter what they try and hit us with.

I hope tens of millions of people become new gun owners and cause another surge in prices and shortages of guns and ammo.

That, more than anything, sends a shockwave of a communication through the system. It shows that people WANT guns and think the future is uncertain and want to arm themselves.

A short term spike will not impact me.

As for people that raise their prices, kudos. It's a free market afterall.

If you wanted something and waited this long, it's your loss. Good on the guy that thought ahead to buy it and if he wants to resell it for an evil profit then good on him also.

Frankly, if you have waited this long to buy something that you wanted you were foolish.

I dont see panic buying. Not at the gunshow/Academy Sports or at my LGS. I have seen ammo drying up though and it does seem most of the less common models of various brands are hard to come by now even on gunbroker of the big dealers.

Over the weekend, I was at my local Wally World picking up a deer tag. Only one other guy was waiting, and he only had a question. Ammo was pretty well stocked across the board, and prices were the same as they've been for months. No evidence of panic buying in my area.

His second term doesn't actually start until January, he's still in his first. There's no reason he wouldn't have done this if he had been defeated.

    First - it isn't a ban
Second - it has NOTHING to do with internal US sales of guns
Third - it has to do with helping minimize international gun smuggling

Read the stuff before spouting half truths

Calling it a half truth is a little generous, even, IMO

If it began with "once upon a time" it would be more credible.

Sorry even that it is not a ban- what the UN treaty is trying to do is minimize movement of guns (ala our own FnF) to countries where the local government is trying to keep drug gangs et al from taking total control. Since we have - either presently or in the past -supported most of these overthrows, it is prudent to help dissuade some of this movement

Besides, there are enough good guns made here that keep US workers employed - you might want to consider that or YOUR job might be next

I don't think that trade restrictions are the answer.

Making legitimate international guns sales illegal will surely solve the underlying problem.

Warp- I agree but MOST countries do not have civilian gun ownership as legitimate, so that becomes moot

And pushing OUR causes and agendas on others IS an issue and none of our business

Looks like alot of places are all sold out of AR Lowers. I ordered a single action .45 on Wednesday and haven't heard anything other than a order confirmation yet, still proscessing. I wonder if last Wednesday didn't reach the highest single day gun sales in U.S. History?

If I were a betting man, I would take the "no".

Guns themselves don't seem to be nearly as hot of a commodity as they were last time. But maybe it was more spread out last time due to the delay between the election and the inauguration

Looks like the buying wave is starting to hit.

I was shopping on Midway USA's website last night and added a few Butler Creek 10/22 magazines to the shopping cart. When I went to the cart, I noticed a message that popped up concerning the mags. Here's what it said,

    Attention!

In order to serve as many Customers as possible, the Butler Creek Steel Lips Magazine Ruger 10/22 22 Long Rifle 25-Round Polymer Clear is currently limited to a quantity of 2 per order. Excess items have been removed from your cart.

Looks like they are either anticipating a rush on high capacity magazines or they are already experiencing one. Here we go again! :banghead:

Not around here in SE PA - my LGS still has plenty of guns and ammo in stock, as does the local Wally World.
