I've been shooting a Colt 6920 for a few months now--after all the usual research into M4s, "the chart," and all. It's been fantastic and 100% reliable.
Even though it's surprisingly accurate, it's not really cut out for shooting 1/2-MOA groups at longer ranges. So I'm looking into an AR-15 that is. However, most of the highly regarded M4-style AR makers (e.g., DD, LMT, BCM) don't produce a heavy-barreled 20" tackdriver model. Colt seems to come the closest, with their Match Target line, but strangely the long-barreled models (CR6720 and 6724) are 1-9 twist.
This has me looking at RRA, but I've been very happy with my decision to go with a Colt-level rifle in the past. Any suggestions?
