Do you guys think I should bluff a new renter if they start making obsessive noise up there that certain projectiles are gong to come through there floor of course it is a bluff I would never ever do something like that

It'd be better to intercept any potential renters when they come to see the place. Perhaps casually mention that you clean your guns all the time, and once in a while one goes off. Or ask, "Do you have kids? I really like kids -- younger the better!" The place will stay vacant

He had decided, before starting this thread, to test the insanity route he mentioned. It seems to be working.

A quick word of advice. If they are criminals or scum bags, asking them to be quiet won't work. Being tough with them will only result in them targeting you for harassment, vandalism, etc.

Calling the cops to complain about noise is idiotic. They will know it was you in 2 seconds and confront you, or (see above). Are you willing to physically fight these guys or their friends? And would that even solve anything?

Even if you can get them kicked out, sounds like the land lord will just rent to more sleaze bags.

Minus going Travid Bickle on them (a bad legal move), your only option is to move ASAP.
